<p>Consumer Choice Option and Waiver Services</p>
<p>Sunday April 1st member meeting at Grant Wood AEA (4401 Sixth Street SW, Cedar Rapids) from 3:00-4:30PM Childcare will be available.</p>
<p>Do you want to learn more about Consumer Choice Options? Do you have questions regarding utilizing more of your waiver services?
Amy Flege is a Independent Support Broker for CCO and her daughter Mayson is also a consumer of CCO. They along with Bridget Scales, Linn county case manager,
will be there to ask any questions you may have regarding CCO and waiver services in the state of Iowa. <br/>
