<h2>Welcome to the Green Mountain Institute Massage courses and Bodywork training in Vermont and Portugal <b>OUR NEXT PORTUGAL PROGRAM begins February 8, 2012 </b></h2>
<p>We invite you to experience or train in <a href="integrative-bodywork.php">Integrative Bodywork</a> (a system of massage therapy modalities, including <a href="massage-training-courses.php">acupressure</a>, <a href="massage-training-courses.php">neo-reichian massage</a>, <a href="massage-training-courses.php">polarity</a>, <a href="">myofascial technique</a> and <a href="massage-training-courses.php">other massage training techniques</a>) at our school in beautiful locations around the world, from Vermont to Portugal and soon, Italy and South America. </p>
<p>At the Green Mountain Institute for Integrative Therapy and the School for International Bodywork in Vermont we seek to teach massage while providing an environment in which people can change and grow. Our individual massage sessions and bodywork training workshops offer opportunities to explore the deeper levels of ourselves, how we live in our bodies and how we move.</p>
<p>At the Green Mountain Institute the massage and bodywork we practice and teach at our school is never mechanical. During the massage we strive to be sensitive to the whole being - physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual. The act of touching another is profound. It should never be taken for granted.</p>
<p>Bodywork sessions and massage training can be transformational experiences. </p>
