<p>Booking opened today for the <span class="caps">NKT</span>-<span class="caps">IKBU</span> International Spring Festival which will be held at Manjushri <span class="caps">KMC</span> May 18-23. Gen-la Dekyong will grant the empowerment of Green Tara and give teachings on <a href="http://www.tharpa.com/uk/eight-steps-to-happiness-ebook">Eight Steps to Happiness</a>.
