If your</p> <p>player is injured while playing in a sanctioned YFL practice and/or game he may be examined and treated for only 25.00. A typical session involves an evaluation to determine a diagnosis and then a treatment plan is initiated. Evaluations will always be conducted by Dr. Mark Brisby. Dr. Brisby has over 30 years experience in the treatment of athletes. Treatment is 45-60 minutes and includes the most state of the art procedures overseen by Dr. Brisby and his staff of trainers. The goal is to return the athlete to competition in the shortest amount of time in the best possible condition. Communication with the coaching staff regarding practice and game playing time will only take place if the parenu s) desire. Little did he imagine that over four decades later this league would still be alive and well. In the last 40 years, some 20,000 players have played for Santa Barbara Youth Football League competing along-side with teams from El Rio, Carpinteria, the Santa Ynez Valley and northern Santa Barbara County. Today, Santa Barbara YFL fields between 12-16 teams in 4 divisions for youth between 7 and 14 years of age. It's up to all of us to ensure that this league continues for yet another 40 years as we endeavor to teach our youth the values of commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, endurance, physical conditioning, leadership and a winning spirit.
