<blockquote><p>“I break things. I’ve trashed dressing rooms just for the hell of it,” Lovato admitted, adding that she once threw lunch meat on the ceiling just “for fun.”</p>
<p>“I like to throw things when I’m bored,” she explained. “I was trying to catch the deli meat on the ceiling. . . it ended up turning into kind of a food fight!”</p>
<p>“I’ve done some pretty rock and roll things that I probably shouldn’t talk about,” she laughed. <cite><a href="http://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/demi-lovato-ive-trashed-dressing-rooms-just-for-the-hell-of-it-201283" onclick="javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-article','http://www.usmagazine.com']);" rel="external" title="" class="ext-link">Us Magazine</a></cite></p></blockquote>
<p>She must have been so proud of herself when she said that. I practically put my hand over my mouth and gasped in shock. Did she later put a frog in her teacher’s drawer and when asked, “What are you rebelling against?,” did she say, “What’ve you got?” *Sighs*</p>
<p>Lovato also talked about how she’s doing since rehab saying it hasn’t been easy.</p>
<blockquote><p>“I felt like a Kardashian. I wasn’t used to having cameras around all the time,” Lovato admitted. “It was out of comfort zone, but it was definitely an experience. It was for the better.”</p>
<p>“I cannot tell you that I have not thrown up since treatment,” Lovato said. “I can not tell you that I have not cut myself since treatment. I’m not perfect. This is a daily battle that I will face the rest of my life.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Well, did she at least hook-up with Chris Brown to learn how to throw a proper punch? Because that would seem like a useful skill to have. Especially if one of her backup dancers <a href="http://theblemish.com/2010/11/demi-lovato-checks-into-rehab/" >gets uppity again</a>.</p>

<p>Covergirl asked to do a <strong><a href="http://theblemish.com/tag/sponsored-post/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with sponsored post">sponsored post</a></strong> for a how-to video on perfecting the smoky eye and bold lip look. At first I just stared at the email trying to figure out what those words meant but they explained everything through moving pictures of model Jessica Stam.</p>
<p>I still had no idea what was going on other than they were putting makeup on a pretty girl. But then I thought, “Wait, this could be useful for when I go on dates.” I don’t want my dates to look ugly or nothin’, ya know. So my plan is to commit this video to memory and when I take a girl out I can tell them, “No, no, you’re doing it all wrong,” and wipe their face clean and redo their makeup. “Now you don’t look like a cheap hooker,” I’ll say to get the night going on a positive note.</p>

<p>There’s nothing more convincing that something will be worthwhile than a girl shooting a machine gun. Not because of the juxtaposition of someone that’s stereotypically prissy doing something macho but mostly because of how the recoil makes their boobs jiggle.</p>

<p>In case you missed it, <a href="http://theblemish.com/tag/rihanna/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with rihanna">Rihanna</a> tweeted a photo of herself topless the other night on Twitter. Her hair was up and she was wearing nothing but bracelets, shorts and strategically placed hair. The photo was captioned with, “Where have you been all my life?!” which some say referred to a song from her latest album but which in reality was a reference to me and my sculpted chest and chiseled abs.</p>
