with counselors who are specialists each with an expertise and market
awareness in one concentrated field. This specialization assures
you of a thorough knowledge of your requirements and total dedication.</p>
<p>The search process at <strong>WPA</strong> begins with an
in depth discussion with the client to develop an understanding of the
specific position requirements, product lines and corporate personality.
Once the needs and requirements of the position are determined, a
recruiting plan is developed which involves both a file search and a name
gathering/sourcing process to determine potential candidates for the
assignment. Each candidate will then be contacted through a direct
telephone approach to qualify their professional, educational, and personal
qualifications for the position as well as to determine their motivations to
make a job change. A personal interview is then arranged to further
assess the individual's strengths and qualifications. </p>
<p><strong>WPA</strong> is dedicated to filling job openings and
finding positions for people regardless of race, creed, color, national
origin, sex, marital status, age or physical handicap.</p>
<p>In an effort to provide quality customer service, <strong>WPA</strong>
accurately determines the clients' and candidates' needs, and conducts a
search with complete confidentiality and tireless dedication. We
maintain an outstanding referral-to-hire ratio and keep the clients' and
candidates' time investment to a minimum. Throughout the placement
process, <strong>WPA</strong> provides continuous, productive
follow-ups regarding the progress of the search.</p>
